RESERVATION FEE
NO FEE WILL CHARGED TO REQUEST A CHECK RIDE. After a provider has accepted your request, a $50.00 reservation fee will be required. This fee is to hold the date, ensures that applicants are legitimate, and guarantees your reservation. You will be charged a reservation fee only once per specific exam and will not be changed again if canceled or rescheduled.
The reservation fee may be refunded if the selected examiner is unable to provide the examination on the selected date or another mutually agreed date. User-initiated cancelations are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled at no charge. Refunds will not be issued automatically. Contact us to request a refund.
PROVIDER FEE
Provider fees are payable to the selected provider at the time of the appointment. Each provider sets their own rates for specific exams and locations and may include travel fees. Full payment is required prior to starting the examination. Payment will not be refunded if the applicant is disqualified, discontinued, or failed. Note that, If you cancel within one day, the provider may likely ask for full payment. Providers may have other terms and conditions not mentioned here.
RESERVATION REQUEST
Requests may be submitted by the applicant or another person. Reservation requests should be placed at least seven days, but not less than two days, in advance of your chosen date. Once a reservation request has been submitted, and the reservation fee paid, the provider will confirm the reservation via email usually within 24-48 hours. If additional information is needed or scheduling conflicts arise, we may contact the user and/or the applicant by email or phone. Please provide the best contact information to which you can be reached on short notice.
YOUR ACCOUNT
After submitting your check ride request for the first time an account will be created and a password will be emailed to you. Users may view and cancel their appointments online via their account page. Users may not cancel an appointment online within two days of the appointment. Should you need to reschedule please contact us by email or phone.
